ReplyDeleteGood post and good job on taking up something very few people are willing to discuss. As times get tougher I think we'll see more and more people take their own lives.
ReplyDeleteI've lost 2 very good friends and a cousin to suicide. If this can help just one person make a different choice then it's worth the effort.
Good work you are doing. I admire your positive attitude towards the challenges you're facing. You've wisely chosen the steps to good health rather than (like too many, sadly) continuing to suffer. Be well :)
